Beatles fan snaps up fab four memorabilia

MUSIC fan Iain Broom is preparing for a trip to Liverpool to meet Sir Paul McCartney's brother and collect some unique memorabilia.

Iain bid successfully for a book of lyrics and poetry by Paul and a plate autographed by Ringo Starr, in an online auction, after making a last-ditch offer.

And he plans to add his latest acquisitions to the museum he has at his home, dedicated to his heroes.
